Medium everything except fit (wide!) and feeling of speed (fast!) I usually struggle finding a good fit for my wide fore foot. Most shoes that are offered in a wide fit is not just wide in the for foot but high volume over all. However these Rebel v4 have a wide fore fot, not so extreme that medium wide feet should have problems, but wide enough both in the upper and the soles for my feet.
